Where are you located?

We are an online store based out of Nova Scotia, Canada. We do not have a place to try items on.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer pickups of any order. 

When will my order ship?

Orders can take 1-5 business days to pack and ship. This can take longer around sales, holidays etc. Your shipping confirmation email may end up in your junk, spam, or promotions folder so please watch out for these.

Do you offer alterations?

We do not offer alterations. 

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once placed. Please be careful when placing orders. 

Can I add to my order?

Maybe! Just shoot us an email as long as we get it before the item is shipped we are usually able to accommodate this. Please do not just place another order and ask for them to be combined. If this is done we are unable to refund the extra shipping charges.

What currency is your site?

CAD- if you switch to a different currency please note your cart will be paid in CAD. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, credit card, cash, gift card and EMT.

Do you sell gift cards?

We sure do! You can find them here.

How do I know my size?

We have individual size charts listed on each product page and highly recommend using these. You can watch our video on how to take your own measurements here. 

I need sizing help what should I do?

Please send us a message! We would be more than happy to guide you to the right size. You can email us at vivaciousvixenorders@gmail.com, we can also do video calls to help you with your measurements!

Can you hold an item for me?

We are unable to hold items. 

Do you do custom orders?

We do not make custom items.

Who made your banner image?
