Important Shipping/Delivery Information
Pre Orders / Made To Order
When ordering a pre order item with other items, your in stock items will be shipped when the pre order is available. This also applies to made to order items.
Unfortunately since we are an online store we are unable to offer pickups of any order. Please do not email us asking if you can pick up items.
If your order qualifies for delivery it will be offered as an option at checkout. We will require your phone number to text you for a delivery plan, by choosing delivery you are agreeing to be contacted.
Orders can take 1-5 business days to prepare for delivery, this can take longer during special promotions and holidays (unless listed that the item is made to order, see individual items for details).
Most of our Deliveries are done by Haligone, these are delivered between the hours of 12-6 (we are unable to choose a specific time), 7 days a week and you will be contacted when your order is ready by email to arrange a suitable day. If you ask us to leave it somewhere are we not responsible for stolen packages. If you are not home for your delivery and the driver has to return it, you will be required to pay for delivery again and it will be the full cost of what we pay the company which is more than we charge initially.
You are responsible for returning items applicable for store credit or exchange.

Packages are shipped Mon-Friday and can take 1-5 business days to process your order, this can take longer during special promotions and holidays (unless listed that the item is made to order, see individual items for details). If items are ordered over the weekend they will not be shipped before Monday. If you provide an incorrect address shipment processing times will take longer. We have no control over how long your package takes to arrive, we have the same tracking information and delivery estimates that are provided to you.
You are responsible for inputting your correct address. We will mail to the address you have provided and if this is incorrect you will be responsible for any shipping fees.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking is provided for shipments to Canada. We ship through Chitchats and Canada Post. In the rare case a tracked item does not arrive we are unable to open any cases for missing items until the item has been in transit for over 21 days. There is then a wait to process any claims.
Flat Rate Shipping
For most of our flat rate services we use Chitchats shipping which usually in the very end goes through Canada Post (sometimes it will be completed by other carriers such as Purolator etc Canada post is not guranteed). On occasion we will ship direct through Canada Post if the cost is similar. We now also use UPS as a potential shipping method for this. Canada is $15 and the USA $18. Rest of world is calculated by region and we do not ship to all countries, contact us for more info. We are not responsible for any duties, taxes and fees you may be charged when receiving your package. International shipments require a phone number.
We currently have a free shipping promo happening. Spend over $250 before taxes and you will have the option available at checkout. This promo is not applicable for sale items, your cart must add up to $250 of regular price items for the promo to apply. This option will be shipped with the flat rate shipping methods listed above. This promo is only for Canadian addresses. This promo can end at any time without notice.
Canada Post Expedited
This option is faster than Chitchats shipping however, the flat rate we charge for this is $20 for Canadian shipments. This option is subject to the same handling time as other methods.
Untracked Uninsured Shipping
This option is exactly as it sounds, there is no tracking or insurance and the item will be shipped by Canada Post Letter Mail. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are not comfortable with this please do not choose this method.
